My Journey: My journey into photography began 3 years ago, sparked by a simple fascination with the way light and shadows interact. Over time, what started as a hobby quickly evolved into a lifelong passion and eventually, a profession that I’m incredibly proud of. I've always been captivated by the idea of freezing a moment in time, creating something that can be looked back on with fondness, nostalgia, and emotion. It’s this passion that drives me every day to perfect my craft, to learn new techniques, and to find new ways to tell stories through my lens.

I’ve had the privilege of working with countless couples, families, and individuals throughout my career, each bringing their own unique story and personality to the table. No two sessions are ever the same, and that's what keeps this work so exciting and fulfilling. From intimate backyard weddings to grand celebrations, from cozy family sessions at home to adventurous shoots in the great outdoors of North Dakota, I’ve done it all. Of course, we’ll still get those beautiful, classic portraits, but the heart of my work lies in the candid shots—the stolen glances, the spontaneous dance moves, the emotional embraces. My approach to senior portraits is all about showcasing your personality and your passions. Whether you’re an athlete, an artist, a musician, or a scholar, I’ll work with you to create a session that reflects who you are and what you love.

We can shoot in a location that’s meaningful to you, whether it’s your favorite park, your school, or somewhere that holds special memories. I’ll also encourage you to bring along props or outfits that represent your interests, so we can create photos that truly tell your story. The goal is to create a set of images that not only look great but also feel authentic to who you are.

The Studio: My studio in Dickinson is a space where creativity and comfort come together. It’s designed to be a welcoming environment where you can relax, be yourself, and let your personality shine through. Whether we’re doing a formal portrait session or a casual family shoot, the studio provides a versatile backdrop for a wide range of styles and looks. But as much as I love the studio, I’m equally passionate about exploring the beautiful outdoor locations that North Dakota has to offer. There’s something special about shooting in nature—the way the light filters through the trees, the colors of the landscape, the sense of freedom and space. Whether we’re shooting in a field of wildflowers, by a serene lake, or in the rugged Badlands, the natural beauty of North Dakota adds a unique and timeless quality to your photos.
